The CSK Lubricator is a multiple-outlet(Maximum up to 3) lubrication unit powered by an electric motor, suitable for use with progressive divider valve systems. This model comes with up to three separate pumping elements and can also be fitted with 24 VDC motors, making it ideal for mobile applications. It has an integral controller or can be managed through our internal timers
Mono Divider Valves are designed to precisely meter lubricant from 6 up to 20 separate outlets. Each Output is fixed at 0.17cc per cycle, you could increase output when needed by plugging the outlet. Cycle indicator pins offer visible verification of operations and can also be fitted with a switch to signal a system controller.

SELECTING AN AUTO LUBE SYSTEM BASED ON THE SIZE OF YOUR EQUIPMENT.
A smaller, compact auto lubrication system is ideal for smaller equipment like compact wheel loaders, compact backhoes, skid steers, compact tractors, and compact telehandlers. Due to space constraints, your lubrication system must be small enough to mount appropriately on the equipment while powerful enough to supply adequate volumes to critical lubrication points. Compact equipment is ideal for progressive grease divider valves in the smaller series.
Medium equipment used in construction such as wheel loaders, dump trucks, dozers, excavators, articualted and rigid frame trucks, and directional drills will typically need an auto lube system with progressive divider valves and a pump reservoir that can hold enough grease to last 250 hours. Such systems are suitable for these applications while small enough to fit suitably onto the equipment.
Mining presents a unique challenge when it comes to lubrication: the severity of contamination is far higher than most other applications. As such, it is essential that an auto-lubrication system is implemented in order to reduce grease contamination.
