Frequently Asked Questions About Isohitech

General Questions

How to order?

Email or submit a quote request with:

  • Machine type — excavator, press, conveyor, wind turbine, etc.
  • Lubrication point count — list bearings, pins, slides, or send a schematic
  • Preferred architecture — progressive (PRG)PDI injectorssingle-line, or dual-line
  • Power supply — voltage for electric pumps, or shop air for pneumatic units
  • Lubricant — grease NLGI grade or oil ISO VG viscosity
  • Destination country — for freight and voltage confirmation

Application engineers return a BOM with pump, distributors or injectors, tubing, fittings, and controller options. After you confirm the list, we quote air freight or sea freightRequest a quote.

What information speeds up a quotation?

Send photos of existing lube points, legacy part numbers, required cycle interval, ambient temperature range, and whether the host already has a progressive cycle monitor or PLC input. For retrofit jobs, note hose length limits and available mounting space on the frame.

Payment

T/T (wire transfer)Western Union, and L/C (letter of credit) are accepted for international orders. Payment terms and currency are confirmed on the proforma invoice. Partial deposit plus balance before shipment is common for first-time OEM customers.

Does Isohitech Lubrication could provide some samples?

Yes—free samples are available for qualified evaluation of pumps, progressive blocks, injectors, or valves. Contact us with part numbers, quantity, and destination. Sample freight may be charged to the buyer depending on region and weight.

What is a lubrication system?

central lubrication system connects multiple friction points to one pump and reservoir through pipes or hoses. A timer or machine controller cycles the pump so each bearing, pin, or slide receives metered grease or oil on schedule—reducing manual greasing, evening out dose, and extending component life.

Common types:

  • Progressive (PRG) — sequential blocks such as DJF2000 / DJF2500; one blocked point stops the chain
  • PDI injectors — each injector fires when line pressure rises; see positive injector systems
  • Dual-line — alternating Line A/B for large mining and steel plants
  • Single-line resistance — simple oil way systems for machine tools

How are goods delivered?

We ship by DHL, UPS, EMS, FedEx, air freight, or sea depending on weight, urgency, and destination. Small parts and samples often go express; full system skids and drum pumps typically ship air or sea palletized. Tracking is provided when the carrier supports it. Commercial invoice and packing list accompany export shipments.

Do you provide installation drawings?

Yes. Standard products include dimension sheets; custom BOMs may include schematic layouts for pump mounting, progressive stack location, and main line routing. Field commissioning support is available through lubrication service.

Sales Questions

Is IsoHiTech a manufacturer or trader?

IsoHiTech is a manufacturer founded in 2023 on two decades of lubrication engineering experience, specializing in grease pumps, oil pumps, progressive blocks, injectors, reversing valves, and fittings. We design and assemble lubrication stations for OEM and aftermarket customers. See about us and why choose IsoHiTech.

How about delivery time?

Standard catalog lines are often in stock; dispatch is typically within two weeks after order confirmation and payment. Custom OEM builds, large dual-line skids, or non-standard voltage motors may need 4–8 weeks—lead time is stated on the quotation. Rush air shipment is available when stock permits.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Catalog spare parts and single pumps can often ship at MOQ 1. OEM program pricing may apply to production quantities. Trial orders are welcome before scaling to line-fit BOM volumes.

Trial / trail order?

Yes. We accept small trial orders so you can verify quality, fit, and packaging before scaling to production BOM quantities. Many machine builders start with one host prototype kit.

Quick response

Application engineers provide 7×12 hour response on technical inquiries—factory-direct support for BOM cross-reference, legacy part substitution, and troubleshooting. Include photos and part markings when asking for identification help.

OEM & ODM service

We offer OEM private label and ODM co-design of pumps, reservoirs, divider assemblies, and complete skids. Send your host layout, branding requirements, or legacy part numbers for engineering review, 3D confirmation, and sampling. Voltage, language on labels, and connector standards can be adapted for export markets.

Can you cross-reference competitor parts?

Often yes—for progressive blocks, injectors, and pumps where interface dimensions and logic match. Send the competitor model and photo of the nameplate; engineering confirms fit before you order replacement slices or full assemblies.

After Purchase Questions

Warranty time

12 months from shipment against manufacturing defects under normal use and correct installation. Misapplication (wrong lubricant, blocked lines left running, or improper voltage) is excluded. Warranty terms are on the invoice or sales contract.

Spare parts

During the warranty period, confirmed defective IsoHiTech parts are replaced per policy. For out-of-warranty maintenance we supply pump elements, divider slices, injectors, check valves, and Viton/NBR seal kits by model and part number—see lubrication service. Keep the original BOM or order number for fastest matching.

How do I request a warranty replacement?

Email photos or video of the fault, serial or batch marking on the part, installation date, and lubricant type used. Application engineering confirms whether the failure is covered before shipping replacement goods.

Do you ship spare parts internationally after the warranty period?

Yes. Progressive slices, pump elements, and injectors are stocked for common DJF, FS, and injector families. Express shipment is available for downtime-critical jobs.

Getting Started Questions

How many lube points for a typical earthmoving machine?

It depends on machine size and attachment count. Standard kits often cover 20–50 points on trailers, excavator chassis, and boom layouts. Send a point list or schematic for a matched progressive or dual-line BOM. For dose planning use the bearing lubrication calculator.

Which system type should I start with?
Your situationRecommended starting point
Few points, soft grease, moderate pressurePDI injectors
Many points, sequential dosing, fault monitor on one pinProgressive (PRG)
Large mining, steel, long main linesDual-line
Simple machine tool way oilSingle-line resistance
Manual maintenance backupHand / barrel pump
Grease system or oil system—which do I need?

Grease (NLGI #000–#2) suits slow-speed bearings, pins, and open gears—use grease pumps and progressive or dual-line blocks. Oil (ISO VG 32–220) suits high-speed spindles and way lubrication—use oil pumps and resistance or circulation dividers. Do not run oil through grease-rated pumps or vice versa.

How to push air out of a grease system?

After installation, pump element change, or long shutdown:

  1. Fill the reservoir with clean, specified grease—no water or mixed grades.
  2. Run the electric or pneumatic pump at slow cycle with the main line connected.
  3. Bleed at the highest point or furthest outlet until grease flows without bubbles.
  4. On progressive chains, open branches one at a time from pump toward the last block.
  5. Verify the cycle indicator pin completes full travel (progressive) or each injector fires (PDI).

Manual barrel pumps can prime short lines where electric pumps cannot reach. For pump selection see the grease pump hub.

What grease should I use in an IsoHiTech central system?

Follow the host OEM recommendation. Most centralized systems use NLGI #1 or #2 lithium or calcium grease. Very cold climates may need NLGI #0 or #00. Confirm pumpability at minimum ambient temperature—thick grease in long Φ6 mm lines may need shorter runs or a lower NLGI grade.

Can IsoHiTech help size a complete system?

Yes. Send point count, stroke interval, lubricant grade, and voltage. Engineers select pump displacement, progressive stack size codes, injector types, and tubing length limits. Large projects may include on-site or remote commissioning through lubrication service.
