Compression Fittings
Brass and steel compression fittings (straight, elbow, tee) connect 4–12 mm nylon pipe or metal tube to blocks, injectors, and grease nipples. Cutting-ring design holds tube under pressure to 5 MPa class on light grease secondaries. Popular threads: M6, M8, M10, M12, BSP, and NPT on adapters.
Manfold Distributors
Aluminum bar, die-cast, and steel anchor blocks route one pump outlet to multiple feed lines—custom outlet count and M8/M10 threads. Distinct from progressive DJF metering blocks, these are passive splitters for injector or resistance systems. See also the manifold distributors hub.

Pipe
4 mm / 6 mm nylon for oil and light grease branches; textile and resin high-pressure hose for progressive and dual-line mains. IsoHiTech manufactures and stocks pipe per pipe guide and high-pressure hose page.
Hose Studs & Couplings
Field-crimpable hose ends and studs for 6 mm and 8 mm hose—straight and elbow. Carbon steel standard; SS304/316 with MOQ. Pair with straight, elbow, and reducer couplings.

The push and lock fitting is a versatile device. It solves a wide range of problems. The fitting is made of either steel or brass. Both materials are durable and strong. The maximum pressure can reach 5 MPa, and the thread can be customized.
- Pressure:5Mpa
- Material: Steel or Brass
- M8, M10, M12.
We need compression fittings (straight, elbow) to connect different tubes and hoses. They create tight, robust tube systems. Their steel construction can withstand high pressure. The adapter’s thread can be customized for your application.
Brushes are commonly used as lubricant applicators in lubrication systems. They are always at the end of the lubrication line and the lubrication point. The brushes are used in many applications, such as chain lubrication. They keep the chain supple and prevent corrosion. They are also cheap and straightforward.
Our in-line pressure filters come in two sizes and offer 25 and 125-micron filtration. The Aluminum bowl is easy to take apart for inspection and replacement. The sintered brown metal elements are corrosion-resistant and remove contaminants effectively.
The grease filter is steel and can withstand up to 25 MPa. This filter has a 150-micron capacity. It is very effective at removing particles from the grease.
LS Filter could remove small particles from grease, which could be used in many systems. It cannot handle corrosive liquids. It withstands up to 25MPa working pressure. The system could fix the indicator pin or the switch to witness the working situation.

Filter Selection
- Oil filter — 25 μm or 125 μm in-line; aluminum bowl for inspection
- Grease filter — 150 μm at pump fill; critical for progressive piston life
- LS high-pressure filter — up to 25 MPa; optional indicator pin or switch

Fitting & Tube Pairing Guide
- Secondary progressive lines — 4–6 mm nylon, M8/M10 compression, clip every 300–500 mm
- Main grease lines — textile or resin HP hose, hose-end/stud crimp, protection cover at rub points
- Oil mist branches — 6 mm nylon or copper tube per generator drawing
- Chain brush stations — brush holder at line end; pump via progressive or single-line
Ordering & OEM Support
Send point count, system type (progressive / dual-line / PDI), pressure class, and tube routing sketch. IsoHiTech confirms BOM with no MOQ on most carbon fittings; SS and custom manifold bars quoted per drawing. Payment: T/T, Western Union, LC. Dispatch typically within 2 weeks on stocked items.

Frequently Asked Questions
Fittings (compression, banjo, adapters), filters, pipe clips, check valves, reservoirs, brushes, couplings, hose assemblies, and custom manifold bars—for grease and oil centralized systems.
Match sleeve, insert, and nut to tube OD. Use brass for low-pressure oil; steel adapters for higher-pressure grease secondaries. See pipe page for pressure class by tube type.
150 μm at the pump fill port is standard for progressive systems. Finer filtration may be needed for high-speed oil mist—consult system drawing.
A manifold distributor passively splits flow to several lines. A DJF block meters fixed sequential doses—different function; not interchangeable.
Yes—SS304/316 hose studs and fittings available; MOQ may apply vs carbon steel stock items.
Yes—specify OD, length, end fittings (M8/M10, hose-end/stud), and fill state. See assembled hose SKUs.
HP hose or pipe mains, reverse valve, dual-line metering block, and high-pressure adapters—accessories must match 40 MPa class where specified.
Yes—OEM/ODM design backed by experience since 2006; spare filters, clips, and fittings shipped within warranty or as stocked parts. Small trial orders accepted for quality check.
