Multiply Injector
The DLX multiply lubrication injector (33000 series) is a multi-outlet positive displacement injector (PDI) for cyclic central oil and soft-grease systems. One body feeds 2, 3, 4, or 5 lubrication points; each outlet can be set to a different discharge code so one machine header covers bearings with unlike dose requirements.
On each cycle the system pressurizes the main line—each outlet meters its preset volume—then relieves pressure so injectors recharge from supply. Typical plant working pressure is 1.75–3.5 MPa (17.5–35 bar). Discharge per outlet is selected from 0.03 / 0.06 / 0.1 / 0.2 / 0.3 / 0.4 / 0.5 ml/cycle. Unused ports may be closed with a special plug (code 0)—unlike progressive blocks, this is allowed on PDI multiply units.

How Multiply PDI Metering Works
Unlike progressive divider blocks that meter in strict sequence, multiply injectors act in parallel on the same pressure rise. When the pump builds line pressure:
- Each outlet’s internal piston reaches its start pressure and discharges its fixed preset volume.
- Check valves hold dose at the bearing while the line remains pressurized.
- When the controller vents or stops the pump, pressure falls and all chambers refill from the main header.
- The next timed cycle repeats—delivering periodic oil or soft grease without manual greasing.
Because each outlet has its own size code, a four-outlet multiply block can feed one 0.2 ml cam, one 0.3 ml slide, and two 0.5 ml rolls from a single mounted body—reducing header clutter versus four separate single injectors.

Installation & Commissioning

- On soft-grease systems, confirm ambient temperature allows NLGI #00 to flow in secondary lines.
