When to Use Assembled Hose (320430 / 320530)
Pre-crimped or pre-fitted assemblies reduce field errors. Specify:
- Length — custom per machine BOM
- End fittings — M8/M10 male or female, PT 1/8, hose-end and stud per fittings guide
- Hose type — nylon for oil; HP resin for grease mains

Routing & Support
- Clip every 300–500 mm with lubrication pipe clips.
- Maintain minimum bend radius — typically ≥6× OD for nylon.
- Use SS304 hose cover where lines cross sharp edges or hot surfaces.
- Label lines at clips matching block outlet numbers for troubleshooting.
Couplings & Fittings Pairing
Connect nylon and HP hose to blocks using:
- lubrication coupling hub
- straight couplings (M6/M8/M10, PT, NPT)
- elbow couplings for panel exits
