Information We Collect
When you contact us through a quote form, email, or WhatsApp, we collect the details you choose to share with us. This typically includes:
- Your name and job title
- Your business email address and phone number
- Your company name and country
- Your equipment or application requirements (machine type, lubrication points, grease or oil specification, quantities)
We also collect standard technical data that any website receives automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and approximate region. This data is used in aggregate form to understand how the site is used and to improve content. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.
How We Use Your Information
We use inquiry information for one purpose: to respond to you and do business with you. In practice that means:
- Preparing a quotation or technical proposal for the lubrication system you asked about
- Following up on your inquiry by email, phone, or WhatsApp
- Processing orders, arranging production, shipping, and after-sales support
- Keeping records required for warranty service and export documentation
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing. We do not send unsolicited promotional newsletters to inquiry contacts.
Who We Share Information With
We share your details only where it is necessary to fulfill your order or operate the website:
- Freight forwarders and carriers (name, company, delivery address, phone) to ship your goods
- Payment service providers, only to the extent required to process a transaction
- Our website hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf under their own security obligations
We may disclose information if required by law, export control regulation, or a valid legal request.
Cookies and Analytics
This website uses cookies for two purposes: to keep the site functioning (for example, remembering your language selection) and to measure anonymous traffic statistics through Google Analytics. Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some convenience features such as language memory may not.
Data Retention and Security
Inquiry and order records are kept for as long as needed to support your equipment, typically the service life of the products you purchase, so that we can honor warranty and spare-parts requests years later. Our website is served over HTTPS, and access to inquiry data is limited to the sales and engineering staff who handle your account.
Your Rights
You may ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it where we have no ongoing legal or contractual need to keep it. To make such a request, contact us at b2b@isohitech.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to This Policy
If we change this Privacy Policy, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Material changes will be noted clearly at the top of the page.
