Aftermarket FJB Meter Units for Bijur Delimon Systems
This page describes aftermarket oil meter units that cross-reference the Bijur Delimon FJB series. Bijur Delimon is a trademark of its respective owner. These are aftermarket replacement parts, not manufactured, sponsored, or endorsed by Bijur Delimon. FJB designations are for cross-reference identification only.
These are oil proportioning devices for single-line resistance (SLR) cyclic centralized lubrication. Each unit installs at a junction or manifold between the main oil line and one bearing point. They deliver a set volume of oil per lubrication cycle, then reset when system pressure drops.
What the FJB Designation Means
F means the imperial thread series with 5/16-24 UNF inlet and outlet. J means junction mount, so the unit threads into a junction body or header. B identifies the series. The flow rate number that follows, 3/0, 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5, sets the relative oil output per cycle. Each step approximately doubles the previous output.
Oil flows one direction only, shown by an arrow stamped on the 3/8 inch hex body. Each unit has an internal 5 lb check valve. Use these in cyclic systems only, not continuous flow.

Flow Rates and Part Numbers
| Model | Part number | Relative rate |
| FJB-3/0 | B6548 | Slowest |
| FJB-00 | B2494 | Slow |
| FJB-0 | B2495 | Medium slow |
| FJB-1 | B2496 | Medium |
| FJB-2 | B2497 | Medium fast |
| FJB-3 | B2498 | Fast |
| FJB-4 | B2499 | Faster |
| FJB-5 | B2500 | Fastest |
Each step about doubles the output of the previous. FJB-3/0 delivers the least oil per cycle and FJB-5 delivers the most.
Selecting the Right Flow Rate
Use the same code as the removed unit unless the lubrication design was recalculated. Different rates at different points are normal to balance delivery across a machine. Changing the rate changes the balance and can over- or under-lubricate a bearing.
Identify unreadable units by junction config, thread, and lubricant. For more background, see our single-line lubrication system page and what is a central lubrication system.
What to Confirm Before Ordering
Confirm flow code or part number. Confirm junction-bar mounting, not straight or tee mount. Confirm 5/16-24 UNF threads and 5/32 inch or 4 mm tube. Confirm oil service, not grease. Check that the supply side matches your oil pump.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can FJB units meter grease?
No, FJB units are oil only. Do not use grease in these meter units.
What does FJB mean?
FJB means imperial junction-mount series. Threads are 5/16-24 UNF inlet and outlet.
Does FJB-1 mean one unit of flow?
No, FJB-1 is a relative rate code. It is not an absolute flow unit.
Which flow rate should I choose?
Choose the same code as the removed unit. Only change if the lubrication design was recalculated.
Can I swap any meter with the same code?
No, mounting and threads must match. Confirm junction-mount style and 5/16-24 UNF threads.
Is a check valve included?
Yes, each unit includes an internal 5 lb check valve. It prevents reverse oil flow.
Do I need a junction bar?
You need one only if your system lacks one. FJB units mount into a junction body or header.
What tube size fits these units?
Use 5/32 inch or 4 mm OD tube. The outlet accepts either size.
What pressure range is typical for SLR systems?
Typical SLR pressure is 25-60 PSI. That is 1.7-4 bar in equivalent terms.
Who builds these meter units, and how do I get a quotation?
IsoHiTech Lubrication Systems, founded in 2023, engineering since 2006, builds and supports every unit. Email inquiry@isohitech.com for specifications and a quotation.
