High Pressure Lubrication Hose and Fittings

High pressure polyamide hose carries grease or oil through centralized lubrication systems at 600-840 bar in 4, 6, 8, and 10 mm sizes with matched fittings.

What This Hose Is

This polyamide hose is the permanent line layer of a centralized lubrication system, carrying grease or oil from the pump through dividers to each point. The build is a PA6 inner tube, a polyester mesh braid for strength, and a polyurethane cover for abrasion resistance. It is lubrication plumbing, not hydraulic power hose for cylinders and presses, and it is not a dispensing hose; the grease pump hose covers that separate duty.

Sizes and Dimensions

Four sizes run from 4 mm to 10 mm, and working pressure spans 600-840 bar across the range.

4 mm3.9-4.18.5-8.7535

Where a cell says confirm at ordering, the dimension is set against your fitting selection instead of being published as a fixed number.

Pressure and Temperature

Working pressure runs 600-840 bar (8700-12000 psi) depending on size. Burst figures are not published, so design each line to working pressure with margin rather than chasing a burst number; that is the honest basis for a permanent system. Temperature range runs from -40 °C to +100 °C. Grease service covers NLGI 3 and softer grades.

Fittings

Three fitting families match this hose. Screw type pairs a union nut with a cutting sleeve, press type pairs a union nut with a sealing cone, and push-to-connect fittings speed assembly where lines are reworked often; the 4 mm size also comes in stud form. Bodies come straight, 45 degree, or 90 degree. Use proper compression sleeves on screw joints, matched to the hose size.

Routing the Line

Keep bends well away from the fittings and respect the minimum bend radius column in the size table. Support long runs so the hose neither sags nor rubs against panels, and never kink the hose at the nut. A routed line that avoids chafe points outlasts one that hides them.

Line Family Context

The 11.2 x 6.3 mm high-pressure tube page covers the deep-dive size with its own pressure data. Where a line crosses a wear zone, a spring cover guards the outer layer. Two selection guides walk the choice end to end: the tubing and hose selection guide and the line and fittings selection guide. Frequently Asked Questions

What is this hose for?

Permanent lubrication lines in centralized systems, carrying grease or oil at high working pressure. It is the plumbing layer between pump, dividers, and points.

Which sizes are available?

4 mm, 6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm, each with published dimensions in the size table. The 10 mm row is confirmed at ordering.

Which fittings can I use?

Screw type, press type, and push-to-connect families, with 4 mm also in stud form. Bodies come straight, 45 degree, or 90 degree.

Can I use it on hydraulic cylinders?

It is not built for that duty. This is lubrication plumbing, not power hydraulic hose for cylinders or presses.

What is the burst pressure?

Burst figures are not published. Design each line to the working pressure for its size and leave margin there.

Is it the same as a grease pump dispensing hose?

They are different products. The dispensing hose lives at the pump outlet for manual or semi-automatic duty, and this page covers permanent installed lines.

Should I run 4 mm or 6 mm?

Use 4 mm for short branches to single points and 6 mm for trunk runs feeding multiple branches. Match the run length to the size.

How does it behave in cold weather?

The hose is rated from -40 °C, so the hose itself is fine. The real cold limit is stiff grease that resists flow.

How do I order hose and fittings?

List size, fitting family, body angle, and length for each run, then ask our team to confirm lengths. Contact us for a quote with your layout sketch.

Who builds this hose and fitting line?
