Bijur Delimon IS Pump Equivalent | 16-25 MPa, 4 L Reservoir

Aftermarket-compatible equivalent for the Bijur Delimon IS electric grease pump, in 16 or 25 MPa with a 4 L reservoir, 1-4 outlets, 24V DC or 220V AC.

This page is the ordering reference for an aftermarket-compatible equivalent of the Bijur Delimon IS electric grease pump for progressive and multi-line centralized grease systems. IsoHiTech supplies aftermarket-compatible components. Brand names are used for compatibility reference only. IsoHiTech is not an authorized OEM dealer.

What This Pump Does

The IS pump is a compact motor-driven grease pump for centralized lubrication systems, pushing grease through divider valves to lubrication points. Progressive systems mount it ahead of a grease distributor block; multi-line systems drive several independent feeds from the pump outlets (progressive lubrication systems). Two pressure classes cover different duties: 16 MPa standard, 25 MPa high-pressure.

Mounting, Filling, and Voltage

The pump mounts on a wall or shelf with a base bracket. Pick the voltage first: 24V DC for mobile equipment and DC panels, 220V AC for mains-powered cabinets. Filling runs through a quick-fill port that takes a standard grease gun or filling pump.

Independent Outlets

Order it with 1, 2, 3, or 4 outlets. Each has its own overpressure protection, so a blocked circuit vents at that outlet instead of loading the whole pump. Thread is M14x1.5, ferrule type, for 6 mm high-pressure tubing.

Control Modes

Timed operation runs a preset duration without verifying delivery. Pressure-controlled operation runs until the set pressure is met and faults if the pump cannot build it. Cycle-controlled operation runs until the divider valve completes its preset cycles, the most accurate for fixed-volume delivery. The 24V DC model can carry an optional programmable timer/controller; the 220V AC model is wired through external control such as a PLC or relay. Wider range: the grease pump hub and the electric grease pump page.

Identify Your Unit Before Ordering

Match the nameplate figures, not the shell: reservoir size, pressure rating, outlet count, voltage, and control arrangement. Pumps that look alike can differ in all of those. The sibling page for the other system type is the CSK electric grease pump. If any nameplate figure is unclear, contact us for a quote before ordering.

Replacing a Bijur Delimon Pump: Verify Before You Order

Before ordering, collect eight details from the installed unit: a nameplate photo, original part number, voltage, outlet count, control mode, divider-valve type, lubricant, and mounting and port arrangement. A cross-reference is a starting point for verification, not proof of drop-in interchangeability. Contact us for a quote with the list and we will confirm the match.

What This Pump Is Not

This is a high-pressure pump for progressive and multi-line systems, not for single-line resistance systems, which run at a fraction of this pressure and meter grease through resistance fittings; feeding those lines 16 MPa would rupture them and damage the fittings. A low-level switch is not included, though an external low-level sensor is an option. The 220V AC model has no integrated controller and relies on external control, and this page does not verify every controller variant, so confirm the nameplate and control arrangement before ordering.

Where the IS Pump Sits in a Bijur Delimon Lineup

The Bijur Delimon range splits by system architecture, and the IS pump holds the grease side of it. In progressive and multi-line centralized systems — the compact layouts common on machine tools and similar small centralized installations — it feeds divider valves or its own independent outlets, while the oil side of the family — single-line resistance (PDI) circuits, where one low-pressure line meters oil through resistance fittings — runs on units such as the VERSA III 2L electric oil pump. Knowing which architecture you have is the first sorting question for any Bijur Delimon part number, because the families are not interchangeable across system types. We stock the IS pump as an equivalent replacement for keeping an existing installation in service. If you are mapping the full range rather than replacing one unit, start from the Bijur Delimon pump family overview to see how the models divide the work.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is this page?

This page is the ordering reference for an aftermarket-compatible equivalent of the Bijur Delimon IS electric grease pump, a motor-driven pump for progressive and multi-line centralized grease systems.

Is this a genuine Bijur Delimon unit?

No. It is an aftermarket-compatible equivalent supplied by IsoHiTech. The brand name identifies what the pump fits and replaces; it is not the original manufacturer’s unit.

Will it work with my existing controller?

Usually yes, if the voltage and control signals match: 24V DC or 220V AC to the supply, and a timed, pressure-controlled, or cycle-controlled command. Only the 24V DC model offers the optional programmable controller; the 220V AC model uses external control.

Should I pick the 16 MPa or the 25 MPa model?

Longer lines and stiffer grease favor the 25 MPa model; compact progressive systems with short runs are served by the 16 MPa model.

Which grease grades can it handle?

NLGI 000 to NLGI 2. NLGI 3 is not recommended; below -20°C, use a low-temperature grease.

What is included, and what is not?

The pump with 4 L reservoir and base bracket. Not included: the low-level switch and the pressure gauge (both optional external items); the controller option exists only on the 24V DC model.

I only have a Bijur Delimon part number – how do I order an equivalent?

Send it with the eight details above, especially voltage, outlet count, and control mode; we cross-reference it and confirm the match before you order.

The pump runs but points stay dry – is it the pump or the divider valve?

Check in order: reservoir level, air in the lines, a blocked pipe, divider-valve cycling, then the control signal. Most dry-point faults sit in the valve or line, not the pump.

Can it replace a pneumatic or hydraulic lubrication pump?

It can, as a system conversion, but the electrical supply, control mode, and divider valves must be re-verified; it is not a drop-in swap.
