Moving a full drum of grease or oil between service bays is awkward work. This single-drum lubrication cart turns one vertical drum into a rolling station: the drum sits on a low platform, a universal bracket holds the pump, and two large fixed wheels with a braked swivel at the rear keep the load stable while you push it.

Frame, Wheels and Load Capacity
The frame is welded steel with a formed platform and a drum clamp that holds the container against the upright. Total load capacity is 250 kg, which covers the drum, its contents and the pump together. Keep that figure in mind: 200 L of lubricant alone approaches the rating, so count every item before you load the cart.
Two fixed front wheels of 260 mm diameter carry the weight and track straight over thresholds and cables. A single rear swivel wheel with a brake steers the cart and locks it while you dispense. The wheelbase measures 90 cm, which gives a stable footprint.
A spill tray under the drum platform catches drips from the pump, the drum rim and the hose end.

What Is Supplied
The cart arrives as a frame kit with the platform, drum clamp, spill tray, pump bracket and the three wheels. Fasteners for the frame and bracket are included. The pump, hose, gun and drum are not included.

Mounting a Pump on the Bracket
Set the drum on the platform and tighten the clamp. Lower the pump into the drum, set its base on the bracket and fix it with the supplied fasteners. Check that the pump sits square and that the suction tube reaches the bottom of the drum without touching it.
Route the hose so it cannot catch on the wheels or drag on the floor. A short holder on the upright keeps the hose end off the ground between uses. Daily Movement, Braking and Care
Push the cart from the upright, not from the drum rim, and apply the brake before you start dispensing. On a slope or a loading lip, keep the load low and move slowly.
Keep the wheel nuts tight and check them after the first few moves. Wipe the spill tray clean so drips do not build up. Test the rear brake by hand each week. Touch up any coating damage on the frame to keep rust away from the welds. If the cart will sit for long periods, store it with the brake released so the wheel does not take a set.
