Aftermarket Parts Kit for Lincoln Quicklub Systems
This page describes an aftermarket parts kit for Lincoln Quicklub lubrication systems. The kit groups commonly replaced fittings, adapters, and hose components into one set. It covers both the pump-side high-pressure hose connections and the divider-valve-side tube fittings.
Lincoln is a trademark of its respective owner. These are aftermarket replacement parts, not manufactured, sponsored, or endorsed by Lincoln. Lincoln part numbers are for cross-reference identification only.
We build and support industrial lubrication components for automated grease systems. The parts in this kit address worn threads, cracked fittings, damaged hose ends, and cracked tube connections. The kit is intended for maintenance and repair work on existing Quicklub layouts.
The table below lists each component, the Lincoln part number used for cross-reference, and the size or connection form. Confirm the measured size on the machine before ordering because field installations vary.
What the Kit Covers
The kit covers the high-pressure grease hose side of a Quicklub system and the smaller tube distribution side. On the pump side, the 8.6 mm grease hose connects through threaded sleeves and hose studs. On the divider valve side, 6 mm or 8 mm nylon or PE tube connects through push-lock fittings.
The kit includes straight, elbow, swivel, fixed elbow, union, and adapter fittings. It also includes one 10 m pre-filled grease hose assembly. This combination supports repairs where a hose end is damaged, a tube fitting is cracked, or a port adapter needs replacement. A wider heavy equipment lubrication parts kit covers pump-side spares.
The included fittings match common Quicklub layouts that use 6 mm and 8 mm tube and 8.6 mm high-pressure hose. Field conditions such as routing length, bend radius, and existing thread damage determine which item is needed for a repair. For system background, see the automatic lubrication overview and the heavy equipment lubrication system guide.
Review the hose and tube size table before ordering. A measurement check on the machine gives a faster and more accurate match than visual comparison alone.

The Lincoln part numbers in the table are used for cross-reference identification only. The parts in this kit are aftermarket replacement components. Each line lists the size or thread form needed for a correct match.
How the Fittings Work Together
The threaded hose sleeve and hose studs connect the 8.6 mm high-pressure grease hose to pump ports or block inlets. The claw groove on the hose stud grips the hose end when the sleeve is tightened. This creates a mechanical hold that can be removed and replaced during service. The 272394 90 degree elbow hose stud has its own detail page.
The 1/4 in NPT adapters change the connection direction or add extension length at a port. The 45 degree adapter, 90 degree adapter, and straight extension adapter give routing options around bracket edges and manifold corners. Each adapter uses 1/4 in NPT threads.
The push-lock fittings receive 6 mm or 8 mm nylon or PE tube. The swivel elbow and straight push-lock fittings take 6 mm tube. The fixed elbow and union push-lock fittings take 8 mm tube.
A typical Quicklub layout runs tube from the Quicklub SSV divider valves toward the bearing points. The pump side runs the 8.6 mm grease hose from the pump to the divider valve inlet. This kit contains parts for both sides of that layout.
Hose and Tube Sizes at a Glance
The following size list shows which part matches which hose or tube size. The 8.6 mm hose items are for the pump-to-divider-valve run. The 6 mm and 8 mm tube items are for the divider-valve-to-bearing-point run.
Threaded hose sleeve 272427 fits 8.6 mm hose. Threaded sleeve 236486 fits 8.6 mm hose ID. The pre-filled grease hose assembly 236220 uses 8.6 mm hose and is 10 m long.
The 90 degree elbow hose stud 272394 uses a 1/4 in claw groove end. The 90 degree hose stud 282560 uses a 1/4 in x 30 mm claw groove form. The straight hose stud 272016 uses a 1/4 in x 35 mm form.
Swivel elbow push-lock 271804 fits 6 mm tube. Straight push-lock 272083 fits 6 mm tube. Fixed elbow push-lock 272060 fits 8 mm tube. Union push-lock 272069 fits 8 mm tube.
The tube-to-thread elbow fitting 243699 requires confirmation of the thread form. Machines may have metric or inch thread forms in that location depending on the original installation.
What to Confirm Before Ordering
Measure the outside diameter of the tube and the inside diameter of the hose before ordering. A hose that has swollen or flattened may no longer match the original 8.6 mm dimension. A tube that has stretched or been cut may no longer match the listed 6 mm or 8 mm size.
Check the thread form on the port where the adapter installs. The adapters listed in this kit use 1/4 in NPT. If the existing port shows a different thread pitch or diameter, stop and confirm the port before installing an adapter.
Inspect the claw groove on the existing hose stud. A worn groove cannot hold the hose end reliably. Replace the stud and the sleeve at the same time when the groove shows deep scoring or uneven contact.
For the tube-to-thread elbow fitting 243699, measure the existing male thread and compare it against the fitting on the machine. If the machine is old or was modified, the installed thread form may differ from the fitting listed here.
Contact the team with measurements if the installed part does not match the table. A measured photo next to a scale helps identify the correct replacement.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will these parts fit a Lincoln Quicklub system?
The parts match common Quicklub sizes used in field installations. Confirm the measured hose ID, tube OD, and port thread form before installation.
Is this kit made by Lincoln?
No, this is an aftermarket parts kit. Lincoln part numbers appear only for cross-reference identification.
What hose sizes do the sleeves and hose studs fit?
The sleeves and pre-filled hose assembly fit 8.6 mm high-pressure grease hose. The claw groove hose studs use 1/4 in end forms.
Which push-lock fittings work with 6 mm and 8 mm tube?
The swivel elbow and straight push-lock fittings work with 6 mm tube. The fixed elbow and union push-lock fittings work with 8 mm tube.
Do the push-lock fittings need tools to install?
The tube inserts by hand after the end is cut square and cleaned. A sharp blade or tube cutter gives the cleanest result.
What is the pre-filled hose assembly for?
It connects the pump outlet to the divider valve inlet. The 10 m length covers a common routing distance on small and medium machines.
Are the adapters NPT threaded?
The 45 degree, 90 degree, and straight extension adapters use 1/4 in NPT. Check the port before ordering because some machines have different threads.
Can I order one part number separately?
Yes, individual part numbers from the kit can be quoted separately. Send the Lincoln cross-reference number and the required quantity.
How do I identify which part number I need?
Compare the old part against the table and measure the connection size. A photographed measurement next to a ruler also helps confirm.
