Sure 881 Air Grease Pump 28:1
The Sure 881 is an air-operated reciprocating lubricator with a pressure ratio of 28:1. It is an aftermarket cross for the Bijur Delimon SKA881 lubricator. One pump family serves three system types: dualine, positive displacement injector, and progressive.

How the 28:1 Ratio Works
The Sure 881 is an air-driven reciprocating piston pump. Regulated air enters at 40-100 psi (3-7 bar, 0.3-0.7 MPa) inlet. Outlet pressure tracks the ratio up to the 2840 psi (196 bar) maximum. At 100 psi air the ratio yields the 196 bar class. Control is by air regulation, not by a grease-side valve.
Output and Cycle Rate
Output is 85 cc (5.2 cu in) per minute at 100 psi air. Maximum cycle frequency is 300 cycles/min. The built-in air valve automatically triggers the piston to change direction. The cycle repeats while air is supplied. Flow follows the air pressure setting.
This pump sits in a centralized lubrication system as the supply unit that moves lubricant from the reservoir to the metering devices downstream.
Lubricants and Reservoirs
Grease models handle NLGI 000-2. They use a transparent reservoir with a spring-loaded follower plate. A low level switch is standard. Oil models handle viscosity grades 32 to 1700 cSt (150 to 8000 SSU). They use a flip cap and strainer.
The reservoir is translucent acrylic and steel. Catalog capacities are grease 2.5 and 5 liter (5 and 10 lb), and oil 2.25 and 5 liter. Confirm the configured size when ordering.
Three Versions: Dualine, Injector, Progressive
Three system versions have different connections.
- Dualine: plate mounted including FRL, grease strainer and reversing valve. Air inlet 3/8 NPTF female. Lube outlet 3/8 NPTF female.
- Injector: vent valve assembly. Air inlet 1/8 NPTF female. Lube outlet 1/4 NPTF female.
- Progressive: air inlet 1/8 BSPT female. Lube outlet 1/4 NPTF female.
The dualine version feeds dualine valves such as DD and DM. The injector version feeds positive displacement injectors such as FL series. The progressive version feeds progressive dividers such as M2500G, 3000 and PVB/PVBM.
Selection Notes
Injector and Progressive versions require a 3-way solenoid air valve, sold separately. Pick the version by the metering devices downstream.
