This page explains our production lead times, shipping methods, delivery responsibilities, and what to expect when your order is on the way. IsoHiTech Lubrication Systems is a centralized lubrication system manufacturer founded in 2023, engineering since 2006.
Production Lead Time
Most standard products — grease pumps, oil lubrication pumps, progressive distributors, injectors, fittings, and hoses — ship within 7–15 days after order confirmation and payment, consistent with the lead times stated on our product pages. Custom-engineered systems (non-standard manifolds, special voltages, OEM-branded builds, or complete system packages designed for your machine) are scheduled case by case; your quotation will state the confirmed lead time before you commit.
If a delay becomes likely, we tell you proactively with a revised date rather than letting the original date pass silently.
Shipping Methods
We ship by three methods, chosen with you at quotation stage based on weight, urgency, and budget:
- Express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS or equivalent): typically 3–7 days door-to-door for samples, fittings, and small parts.
- Air freight: typically 5–10 days to your nearest international airport, for urgent mid-size orders.
- Sea freight: typically 20–40 days depending on destination port, for full systems, drums, and bulk orders. Both full container (FCL) and less-than-container (LCL) loads are available.
Every shipment is packed for export: pumps and metering blocks are boxed with moisture protection, and system orders are crated. Packing lists and, where applicable, material or test documentation ship with the goods.
Incoterms and Responsibilities
We commonly quote EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP depending on your preference. Unless otherwise agreed in the quotation:
- Risk transfers according to the agreed Incoterm (for example, on board the vessel for FOB).
- Import customs clearance, duties, and taxes at destination are the buyer’s responsibility under EXW, FOB, and CIF. Under DDP we handle destination clearance and duties on your behalf.
- We provide the export documents you need: commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin where required.

Tracking and Delivery Issues
Tracking information is sent to you as soon as the shipment leaves our facility. Please inspect the packaging on delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. If goods arrive damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and items; we will arrange replacement or credit under the terms of your order and our Refund and Returns Policy.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Standard-product orders can usually be adjusted before production starts at no cost. Once production or customization has begun, changes may affect lead time and price; cancellations of custom-built items may incur costs for work already completed. Contact us as early as possible and we will work out the fairest option.
