How Do We Ship Lubrication System?
Sea & Rail (Typically > 50 kg)
For pump skids, manifold panels, palletized fittings, and full system kits over ~50 kg, we usually ship by ocean freight or rail to optimize cost. Common Incoterms:
- FOB — delivery to port; buyer arranges main carriage
- EXW — pickup at IsoHiTech warehouse
- C&F / CIF — we quote freight and (on CIF) marine insurance to named port
Wooden crates or export pallets protect cast bodies and progressive blocks. We align HS codes, weights, and dimensions on commercial invoices for smoother customs clearance.
Air Express (Typically < 50 kg)
Spare parts, injector kits, fitting assortments, and small pumps often move by air courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or forwarder nominated by you). Benefits:
- Shorter transit for breakdown orders
- Tracked door-to-door on many lanes
- Many SKUs held in stock—release within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation when items are available
Small Package & Regional Partners
Domestic and regional parcels use vetted carriers with damage-rate monitoring. For recurring customers we can hold consignment stock or scheduled releases—ask sales.
Packaging Standards
- Pumps: anti-vibration foam, oil drained or sealed per destination rules
- Fittings: bagged by part family, carton reinforced against thread damage
- Long manifolds: edge protectors and VCI where humidity is high

Split Shipments & Urgent Lines
Large projects may ship in multiple lots: early release of fittings and hose for site pre-install, pumps and panels to follow. For downtime situations we prioritize air express on critical SKUs and quote partial shipments transparently.
Receiving & Claims
- Inspect cartons on delivery; note damage on carrier POD before signing
- Report concealed damage within 48 hours with photos for claim support
- Store pumps upright; protect threaded ports with caps until installation
