DLX Single Lubrication Injector — Positive Displacement Oil Metering
The DLX single lubrication injector (single-DLX series) is a pressurized positive-displacement injector for cyclic oil central lubrication. When system pressure rises, the injector discharges a fixed predetermined volume; when pressure relieves, it refills from the main supply line.
Designed for volumetric periodic lubrication at approximately 1.75–3.5 MPa (17.5–35 bar) working pressure with high distribution accuracy. Install near the application point on 4 mm secondary tubing with standard compression fittings and junctions.
Discharge range: 0.025 · 0.06 · 0.1 · 0.2 · 0.3 · 0.4 · 0.5 ml/cycle (model suffix). Oil viscosity: ISO #100 – #6500. Seals: Viton.

How the DLX Single Injector Works
- Pressure on — main line pressure exceeds injector start pressure (~8–12 kgf/cm² class).
- Metering piston strokes — exact dose (per suffix) discharges to bearing.
- Pressure off — pump stops or relief opens; injector recharges from supply.
- Next cycle — repeats for periodic film renewal at the point.
DLX injectors are for cyclic oil systems only and must be installed in the correct flow direction (check arrow on body).

Selection Guide
- Calculate required ml/cycle at bearing from OEM manual or trial.
- Choose suffix with equal or slightly higher dose — do not oversize more than one step without testing.
- Confirm oil viscosity at operating temperature falls in #100–6500 range.
- Verify pump can reach 30–35 kgf/cm² at farthest injector (line losses).
- Plumb with 4 mm nylon, M8 straight couplings, clips.

Installation & Commissioning
- Mount injector close to bearing — minimize secondary line length.
- Install with flow arrow toward bearing.
- Prime line before connecting to injector inlet.
- Run 3–5 cycles; confirm visible oil wetting at point.
- Record P/N suffix on machine lubrication chart.
