Straddle Carriers Lubrication
The Straddle Carriers can be extended in life and prevented from shutting down untimely if they have an automatic lubrication system. Its grease application to crucial points, while the equipment is running, creates a barrier for contaminants, ensuring long-term performance. By preserving your equipment and safeguarding your workforce, it saves time and money on repairs. No manual labor is required, enhancing operational safety.
ARE YOU LOOKING FOR AN AUTOMATED LUBE SYSTEM?
- Greasing every point on the wheel loader prevents dust and dirt from entering worn surfaces while it is in operation.
- As hard-to-reach lubrication points can be serviced without crawling under or over equipment, there is increased safety.
- By decreasing wear on vital components, an automatic lubrication system improves equipment life.
- With a return on investment of fewer than 12 months, you can gain 30 minutes or more of operating time per day.
The CSK Lubricator is a multiple-outlet(Maximum up to 3) lubrication unit powered by an electric motor, suitable for use with progressive divider valve systems. This model comes with up to three separate pumping elements and can also be fitted with 24 VDC motors, making it ideal for mobile applications. It has an integral controller or can be managed through our internal timers
Mono Divider Valves are designed to precisely meter lubricant from 6 up to 20 separate outlets. Each Output is fixed at 0.17cc per cycle, you could increase output when needed by plugging the outlet. Cycle indicator pins offer visible verification of operations and can also be fitted with a switch to signal a system controller.

SELECTING AN AUTO LUBE SYSTEM BASED ON THE SIZE OF YOUR EQUIPMENT.
A smaller, compact auto lubrication system is ideal for smaller equipment like compact wheel loaders, compact backhoes, skid steers, compact tractors, and compact telehandlers. Due to space constraints, your lubrication system must be small enough to mount appropriately on the equipment while powerful enough to supply adequate volumes to critical lubrication points. Compact equipment is ideal for progressive grease divider valves in the smaller series.
Medium equipment used in construction such as wheel loaders, dump trucks, dozers, excavators, articualted and rigid frame trucks, and directional drills will typically need an auto lube system with progressive divider valves and a pump reservoir that can hold enough grease to last 250 hours. Such systems are suitable for these applications while small enough to fit suitably onto the equipment.
Mining presents a unique challenge when it comes to lubrication: the severity of contamination is far higher than most other applications. As such, it is essential that an auto-lubrication system is implemented in order to reduce grease contamination. Mining equipment requires the most heavy-duty auto-lube systems available on the market, with a pump reservoir capable of sustaining 500 hours of operation. Moreover, mega mining equipment must be equipped with an auto-fill shut-off valve for easy and safe filling from the ground, via a remote fill manifold.
