DJF1000 Progressive Distributor Block
The DJF1000 progressive distributor block meters oil or grease on a single supply line in series—each piston section must complete before the next advances. A typical assembly has an inlet section, 3–8 working slices (valve blocks), and an end section, feeding up to 18–20 lubrication points per stack depending on outlet layout.
Max pressure: 16 MPa. Discharge: 0.08–0.48 ml/cycle per outlet (size code dependent). Lubricants: oil ≥ ISO VG 68; grease NLGI #000–#2. Temperature: -20°C to +60°C. Built-in outlet check valves and sliding discharge pistons; optional cycle indicator pin or electric switch for PLC monitoring.
Pair with FS grease pump, 20703 automatic pump, electric motor grease pump, and pump elements. Hub: progressive manifold · metering unit · single-line PDI.

How to Order DJF1000 Distributors?
Example 1: Sketch of DJF-1000 distributor ordering
A: Indicate the type: DJF-1000;
B: indicates the number of sections (3 in this case)
C: indicates cycle indicator (7 for mechanic indicator pin,8 for electric micro-switch type cycle indicator)
D: contents in parenthesis indicate the sizes of discs after the first section listed according to their sequence
E. Size of the first sections in the sequence is 15.S indicates a single outlet, and R shows an outlet to the right (and L for left). 7L indicates the mechanic pin type cycle indicator installed on the left (and R for the right).
F. The size of the second section in the sequence is 15. T indicates a twin outlet.

Electro-mechanical switch
The electromechanical switch is a device to monitor the flow of lubricant in the system. It uses the reciprocal movement of the indicator pin on the progressive distributor’s piston to enable the electro-mechanical switch’s opening or closing inside the cycle indicator to send electric signals to the host control system. Once an abnormality occurs in the lubrication system, the host control system can send an alarm or stop the host’s operation to facilitate timely maintenance.
Contact capacity: 250VAC 1A or 125VAC 3A

Note
1.”T” is the standard for the oil that could be delivered from both sides.
“S” is standardsforthe single side outlet.
2. Remember that each outlet can’t be blocked to avoid overpressure.

How DJF1000 Progressive Metering Works
Grease or oil enters the inlet section and advances pistons slice by slice. Each working slice discharges a fixed volume through its outlets when the preceding sections complete their stroke—this is progressive (series) logic. One full indicator cycle (pin movement or switch pulse) confirms every connected point received its dose for that pump run.
If one outlet line blocks, pressure builds until the chain stalls—host control should alarm on missing cycle signal within the timeout window. That is why cycle indicators (mechanical pin 7L/7R or electric switch 8L/8R) are strongly recommended on industrial installs.
DJF1000 vs Other Progressive Families
| Block | Pressure | Typical use |
|---|---|---|
| DJF1000 (this page) | 16 MPa | Compact progressive, 3–8 slices, mobile + industrial |
| M2500 / 3000 / 2000 | 25 MPa class | FS / 20703 pump pairing on page products |
| Lincoln SSV | 30 MPa | OEM Lincoln-compatible progressive |
| IHI U-block | 21 MPa | Japanese progressive standard |
| DJF3000 | higher-capacity series | Larger progressive plants |
Not dual-line: DJF1000 does not alternate Line A/B. For dual-line grease, use DW, VSG, or BS-B pump with reversing valve.
Sizing a DJF1000 Stack (5 Steps)
- Count lubrication points and grams/day per point from OEM chart.
- Pick size code (05/10/15/20) and T vs S per point—twin slices feed two nearby bearings.
- Sum slices (3–8 max standard) so total outlets ≥ point count.
- Verify pump flow and pressure ≤ 16 MPa at farthest point with NLGI grade used.
- Specify cycle monitor: 7 mechanical pin or 8 electric switch, left or right mount.
Ordering Code Example (from Section 2)
Example stack: DJF-1000 · 3 sections · indicator 7L · sequence 15T, 15S, 10T — decode slice sizes and outlet handedness on BOM drawing. Send sketch to IsoHiTech for confirmed part list and cross-port kit (32265-1 / 32265-2 / 32265-3).
Installation Notes
- Mount slice marks “T” or “S” visible for maintenance; do not block unused ports.
- Inlet Φ6 mm length typically 1.2–3.5 m; outlet Φ4 mm 0.5–2.5 m per catalog—shorter runs improve cycle time.
- Bleed air at highest outlet after initial fill with lubrication tubing and compression fittings.
- Protect exposed tube with hose protection cover in hot or impact zones.
Before you buy: read our guide to how distributor blocks work.
Standard stacks use up to 8 working slices; total outlets typically 3–20 depending on twin/single layout per slice.
Three options: mechanical cycle indicator pin, electric micro-switch, or proximity sensor on the indicator stem—one full pin travel = one complete progressive cycle.

T (twin) discharges from both sides of the slice; S (single) from one side. Markings appear on each segment.

Inlet commonly 4, 6, or 8 mm; outlets 4 or 6 mm. Match tubing to pump pressure class.

No. Blocking an outlet can cause overpressure and stall the progressive chain.
Oil ≥ VG 68; grease NLGI #000–#2 at -20°C to +60°C.
Block rating 16 MPa—size pump and hose accordingly; many installs use FS or 20703 families with progressive dividers.
