Lubrication Controller

The lubrication controller is a device that regulates the flow of lubricant to different parts of machinery. It is also known as a lubrication timer, and it is often used in industrial equipment and machinery to ensure that all moving parts are properly lubricated and operating smoothly. The lubrication controller functions based on inputs such as time cycle, system pressure, count cycle that determine when lubrication is necessary.
The lubrication controller may be a standalone device,that is used in the small unit system, or it can be integrated with other systems like programmable logic controllers (PLCs) or human-machine interfaces (HMIs) to provide real-time monitoring and control of lubrication functions,such as the dual-line lubrication system.Some types of lubrication controllers may be equipped with sensors that detect the level of lubricant in machinery, allowing for automated replenishment of lubricants when necessary.
